By accessing or using the services provided by Sunlover Travel DFW (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All travel bookings are subject to availability. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Payments may be subject to additional third-party terms from suppliers or service providers. It is your responsibility to review those terms before completing your purchase.

3. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier policies. Sunlover Travel DFW will assist you in making modifications, but any fees imposed by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators are the traveler’s responsibility.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary documentation for travel, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other requirements. Sunlover Travel DFW is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sunlover Travel DFW acts only as an agent for the traveler and suppliers. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, delay, or loss resulting from any act or omission by third parties. We make no guarantees regarding the performance or availability of travel services booked.

6. Office Hours and Response Time

Our standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm (Central Time). All emails will be returned within 48 hours or less, unless otherwise noted.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
