Ceremony Your ceremony takes place at one of Hotel Xcaret’s stunning venues: think private lagoons, dramatic stone backdrops, and lush tropical gardens. Specifically, the package covers your ceremony venue, a minister for a symbolic ceremony, gazebo setup, chairs, table, and full audio and microphone service.
Cocktail Hour Your guests enjoy a standard cocktail setup with a one-hour open bar. Additionally, Friday and Saturday weddings include hors d’oeuvres, four pieces per person.

How Many Guests Does It Include?
The Atardecer Sunset package accommodates up to 50 guests for Sunday through Thursday weddings and up to 60 guests for Friday and Saturday weddings, including the couple. Furthermore, you can add additional guests starting at $220 USD per person.
A minimum room block is also required: 25 rooms for three nights Sunday through Thursday, or 30 rooms for three nights on Friday and Saturday.
